“We used to go there when it was a sushi/Japanese restaurant. We went today with no expectations,there was only one other car there,so I didn't have high hopes.On arrival we were met by a great hostess and seated immediately.The menu wasn't huge for lunch,but just enough to not be overwhelming.It was me,my husband,3 year old son and super picky 12 year old daughter.Me and my son got water and my husband got a soda and daughter a sweet tea. The sodas were off so they both ended up with sweet tea that they liked.We ordered the bread plate and special of the day crab cakes.The bread plate was $5 and was worth every penny. It had bread with an oil and vinegarette dip and also fresh mozzarella and tomatoes.The crab cakes were delicious with a tomato,mushroom,corn slaw.My daughter ordered the burger with just cheese and ketchup of course and it came with fries. It was huge and on a chibbata bun, she couldn't even finish it. My husband had the penne Bolognese he loved it. I had linguine with clams. They were huge in the shell clams just not clams thrown in.It came with bread and one was burnt,but the amazing waitress replaced it no problem. The prices are great for the amount of food and quality you get. Will be back for sure.“

“Pick up order of the beef clay pot. Though it was good, it definitely is not a good to-go option and it is TOO EXPENSIVE for what you get at $70. Clay pot filling, a small container of rice and 4 wraps (which do not travel well) By the time I got home, the bread was hard and to get the gooey bread topping on the clay pot was very difficult. It did not feed 2 people, we had to make extra rice to make it go farther. I gave it a high score bc the flavors were really good.“

“Hidden gem. We almost tried everything on the menu. Beef empanada, chicken arepa’s, fish taco, steak taco, carne asada fries, rice & beans, guacamole and all the salsas. They have a salsa bar with about 6 different salsas with varying degrees of heat. I like spicy but just their mild was so flavorful. I will be back!“

“Anita’s has great fajita nachos and fajitas! The chips are really crispy, and the price is affordable, and the portions are really big. The seven of us had more than enough food sharing 4 things: fajita nachos, dinner sized fajitas, eggs+chorizo, chicken quesadilla. Service is fast and the workers are nice. Sadly there is not enough seats for how popular it is, but it’s a great place to stop by for lunch during a road trip:)“

Our waitress (Tay & Jordan) didn’t miss a beat and they participated in our foolishness 🤣 We were laughing loud and my sister acts crazy when she’s hungry 🤦🏾‍♀️🤭 and they even laughed with us at her. “This place isn't bad. They have really fresh and light ingredients. The quality of the salmon and tuna is really good, and they have a nice variety.
But, it did take me trying this place 3 or 4 times before actually get something that I like, and I think its because the poke sauce just isn't good and it comes on every thing. So if you don't like it the first time try it without the poke sauce next time.

“The food quality and flavors at this restaurant are excellent. I visited for the weekend buffet breakfast and was very pleased with the variety and taste of the dishes. Everything was fresh, well-prepared, and enjoyable.

The only downside was the use of Styrofoam bowls and cups for hot food and beverages. Styrofoam is not only harmful to the environment, but it’s also not ideal for health — especially when used with hot foods and drinks. It would be much better if the restaurant considered compostable or other alternatives.

Overall, a great dining experience with amazing food. I hope management will look into more eco-friendly and health-friendly serving options.“
