“Have only done take out but food is good. Got sweet and sour chicken, general tao chicken. Tried to eat there once but only have dine in certain hours and we missed it. Take out is pretty quick as well as taking order. Friendly, reasonable prices!

“We used to go there when it was a sushi/Japanese restaurant. We went today with no expectations,there was only one other car there,so I didn't have high hopes.On arrival we were met by a great hostess and seated immediately.The menu wasn't huge for lunch,but just enough to not be overwhelming.It was me,my husband,3 year old son and super picky 12 year old daughter.Me and my son got water and my husband got a soda and daughter a sweet tea. The sodas were off so they both ended up with sweet tea that they liked.We ordered the bread plate and special of the day crab cakes.The bread plate was $5 and was worth every penny. It had bread with an oil and vinegarette dip and also fresh mozzarella and tomatoes.The crab cakes were delicious with a tomato,mushroom,corn slaw.My daughter ordered the burger with just cheese and ketchup of course and it came with fries. It was huge and on a chibbata bun, she couldn't even finish it. My husband had the penne Bolognese he loved it. I had linguine with clams. They were huge in the shell clams just not clams thrown in.It came with bread and one was burnt,but the amazing waitress replaced it no problem. The prices are great for the amount of food and quality you get. Will be back for sure.“

“Hidden gem. We almost tried everything on the menu. Beef empanada, chicken arepa’s, fish taco, steak taco, carne asada fries, rice & beans, guacamole and all the salsas. They have a salsa bar with about 6 different salsas with varying degrees of heat. I like spicy but just their mild was so flavorful. I will be back!“

“We tried the shroom tacos, Korean bbq fingers, and the cheesesteak. Everything was phenomenal!! The Mac and cheese was one of the best vegan mac and cheeses(no nutritional yeast taste). The owners were extremely kind as well. Can't wait to comeback and try the rest of the menu!“

“This place is really small, but the food is sooooo good! It's real Mexican food, and have been good for years now. I have never had a bad experience and continue to get good food and service. I usually take my food out instead of eating since it's so small and tight in there. Parking is a pain because it's a shared parking lot with the other businesses and a gas station surrounding it, but if they there when they open you can deal with it lol.“

“We would like to thank the entire Pump House team for all their help from the first day we went to request information about holding our wedding at the restaurant. Thank you Zoe, Robbin and the waiters who attended to our guests with such professionalism that day, simple details that make the difference in what is good customer service. Even before the event began, the weather was not what we expected and Robbin was already calling me at 8:00 AM to give me the option of another of their rooms, something that gave me so much peace and helped calm my nerves from the rainy day. At 9:00 AM he was at the door waiting for MaxiEventos RD and Ivette Bautista de Gonzalez to help them and put at their disposal everything they needed for the decoration of the room and the cake. Your restaurant has left its mark with every detail of its staff and the beautiful views of the Catawba River on our special day. Mr. & Mrs. Francis we will be eternally grateful.“

“My daughter had her first prom this past weekend. I live out of state but I wanted to make sure her night was special. I spoke with Lynn Allen (general manager) she walked me thru buying a gift card and I was able to surprise my daughter and her date with dinner covered. Lynn (and the hostess I spoke with) were so friendly and helpful! My daughter said her dinner was amazing and can’t wait to visit again! “Having been to this restaurant a couple of times now, I can happily say that the service and food is consistent and great.
Their menu has tons of options to choose from. From traditional country style options, to some of the classics, there is always something to choose on the menu.
As for the service, all of the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The food is always ready quick as well which makes this a great option for lunch during a work day.“

“celebrated my daughters 13th birthday here tonight and we had the best time! The staff were all so sweet and helpful! They took care of serving our food and even cutting the cake for us and passing it out. They also packed up the rest of the food and cake for us to take home! “The service was excellent... Kaylyn was great! The burgers were good but the fries were burnt. We sent them back and they were burnt the second time! We were told it is normal for them to be cooked that way! We ended up getting the fried chips which were very good! We asked to be seated outside, thinking it would not be as noisy but it was more noisy outside.“
