We loved the silent movies in the background and watching the hustling of the chefs and servers in the kitchen/prep area — yes, we were in the balcony. 😊 The duck cigars are a favorite so we had to have those. The sea bass cut “like butter” and the shrimp and grits were the best I’ve ever had. Coffees and a slice of their coconut cake topped off a wonderful meal. Thanks Garrett for the attention! “Pick up order of the beef clay pot. Though it was good, it definitely is not a good to-go option and it is TOO EXPENSIVE for what you get at $70. Clay pot filling, a small container of rice and 4 wraps (which do not travel well) By the time I got home, the bread was hard and to get the gooey bread topping on the clay pot was very difficult. It did not feed 2 people, we had to make extra rice to make it go farther. I gave it a high score bc the flavors were really good.“

“We've eaten at Westlake (aka Red Roof) since moving to Denver ten years ago. We bring all family and friends when we have guests from out of town. We love it and they love it! My son and I ate there yesterday. We love breakfast for lunch! I love a family style restaurant! I want to support the locals as much as possible! Thanks for the great service and delicious food! “I've grown up with the best of all barbecue styles the Carolinas are known for. Kyle Fletcher's is more enjoyable because it incorporates the best traditions of Eastern NC pit cooking where the wood smoke has heavily perfumed the meat. Since they use pork shoulders only and still have the classic bark cut into it, the pork shoulders in my opinion make the best cut because of the marble and moisture content. Whole hog is wonderful, but it can be hit or miss due to overcooking or dryness. I'll take Kyle Fletcher's over B's in Greenville and pick your favorite around Lexington. The first time I went there the onion rings looks so good but I am gluten-free and onions are problematic. My last visit was on my way home so I took a chance and enjoyed those onion rings more than any I have ever had. Home breaded and fresh cut. They were truly heavenly. Service is more than quick and sufficient. I liked everything. A very small dining area with a line waiting for a table and pick up at the register and doors so there is a little aggravation but not a real bother upon arrival. I'm just a little claustrophobic and don't enjoy standing shoulder to shoulder front to back what's people I love much less strangers lol.“

“Agave has recently become our most favorite Mexican restaurant of all time. The first taste of the house Salsa and we were already starting to be hooked. Then the food came and blew us away. Everything we've had there has been exceptionally good. It doesn't just end there though. The staff is the sweetest and most personable staff of any restaurant I've been to in a long time. They make you feel at home and like family, and we are already starting an amazing friendship with them! “Over all its a good place to eat except on Tue. and Weds. Service is poor on these days, We use to eat everyday but now we Skipp these two days. We came in last Wed. and not many people there . We went in and had three empty boots but they had plats and food still on the table and the help was standing around talking and on their phones. We set waiting in the window chairs for them to do something and almost left. I told my wife this is why we don't come on Tues. and Weds. I don't like to fuss but its sorry help on these two days as servers go.“
