The food was great!! The service wasn't the greatest at all!! The cashier that took my order wasn't very friendly and acted like she really hated her job! She never told me my total instead I had to see it on the register window. Never said thank you, have a good day or anything just walked off. So yea that wasn't great customer service at all. Fell down outside the Lancaster SC store, curb drop off where the handicap ramp is cut out, but not marked or painted!! When a 62 year old falls there are lots of bruising!! Hip, knee, elbow, wrist!! Employee came out, but left, no incident report!! Nothing!! December 7,2023, 1ish !! In case you want to know!! And still ate $30 dollars worth of food, wagu burger was prepared wrong!! And no flavor!! Sort of disappointed!!
