My boyfriend went to BK on Sept 11, he said the cashier was rude. Order 2 fish sandwiches, wanted them fresh. When brought home they looked nasty and dark brown, like cooked in old grease, uneatable. Called manager she said bring back today only. I couldn't take back today. She didn't care. I won't be back there.
Have it your way? I’ve order from here more than once and they almost never get my order correct. obviously they need to train the kitchen staff… the person who took my order repeated it to me. So she’s not to blame. Not good … called and complained but was treated like she the person who answered the phone didn’t care! I order on September 5 th 2023 at around 5pm if the owner cares? Please contact me! Tired of this incompetence.
