I saw them give my online order to someone else and when I pointed out that that was my order they were giving away they assured me it wasn't. So I nodded and waited for another 5 or 6 minutes before they realized that they had indeed given my order away. They got my order out a few minutes later.

They are slightly higher priced on the same items I get in Monroe NC and Rock Hill SC. The staff was friendly and apologetic for not having the skim milk I ordered for my iced coffee. Running out of skim milk seems to be the norm, it happens in Rock Hill (Dave Lyle) also. 2% was just as good. I will come back again even though they are more expensive.

The one on Dave Lyle Blvd in Rock Hill needs serious management training. I go there every Fri, Sat & Sun before work and i have never been thru the drive thru in less then 10 minutes. The worst was 17 and it's just for an large plain coffee.
