KFC is a reliable restaurant that serves good food, including their signature chicken, biscuits, and side items. The employees are known for their excellent customer service, with some staff members going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Customers have praised the friendly and efficient staff, particularly a young black girl who takes orders with a smile. The drive-thru is fast, allowing for quick service. Many reviews highlight that the food is always hot and fresh, with the crispy, seasoned chicken being a favorite. The atmosphere inside is clean and pleasant, making it a great place to stop on the go. Despite some past inconsistencies in food quality and service, recent visits have shown a commitment to checking order quality and maintaining a consistently nice customer service experience.
