Popeyes needs to get someone down here
We went through the drive through tonight (4/15/22) and placed a simple order: a popcorn shrimp meal with fries and a Coke, a home style chicken sandwich meal with fries and a Coke, and an extra chicken sandwich. There were only 3 cars ahead of us. Not only was the service slow, but after we were handed our bags of food, we did not get our drinks nor a receipt. The Lancaster location is a terrible representation of the Popeye's brand.
Every staff member I've ever encountered here, up to and including the General Manager are rude, aggressive and downright unprofessional. I've witnessed them laughing at customers, making snide remarks and even yelling at them.
