Bojangles is a mixed bag according to customers. The "bird dogs" were surprisingly good, although sauce packets were forgotten. The Bo Rounds were undercooked, lacking onion flavor. The staff seemed preoccupied with their phones, with one even tossing a go box. Despite these issues, the food remained the highlight. However, during peak times, like lunch, the service struggles with only one person handling orders and the register, causing delays for customers. It was suggested that having at least two staff members upfront would greatly improve efficiency.
