I usually have a great experience with this place, but not today…ordered my food at 1:15PM to be ready for pickup by 3:30PM. My card was charged and I had the confirmation number. I go inside at 3:39PM and am told they hadn’t gotten an order. Then two other women get rude with me telling me they hadn’t gotten it, didn’t have it, etc. even after I showed them the email confirmation.
