“Terrible terrible and never open“

“This is a very UNSAFE establishment. After waiting for over an hour for food to be cooked, it still wasn't ready. So, I asked for a refund or credit to be sent to my credit card. The manager immediately becomes very rude. I told her I was tired of waiting and just wanted a refund. Her husband, who was just sitting in the dining area loitering, decides to jump up and starts cursing me, calling me a cracker-a** bi*** and telling me to get the f*** out Then the rest of the staff come out and surround me. They start cursing as well threatening to beat me up. I asked them to call the police as my phone was in the car, but they refused. Fortunately, my companion noticed them surrounding me and called the police and steps inside the store. The police arrived quickly and asked the manager to refund, but she refused, telling the police to tell me to call corporate, and she refused to give the number but stated for me to look it up myself. After nearly being the victim of a group assault I recommend everyone to stay away from this restaurant. This is the type of environment where people get hurt or worse! BE AWARE OF YOUR SAFETY!!“

“I had the surf and turf which consisted of three chicken tenders and seven pieces of shrimp with some fries and a drink. It came to $14.37 which just seems high for a fast food restaurant. The food was okay, it just wasn't spectacular or anything to talk about.“

Staff has changed multiple time over the past 2 years that we have been going here, but they prepare the food and check on you as needed.“
