I've heard about this place from several people and decided to try it out. It did not disappoint! There was a birthday party going on while we were there so a lady was walking around making balloon animals which of course was awesome. The chips they bring to thetable were unlike anything I ever had. I emptied the baskets in with my to go box. If you havent been, go. Very delishous.
Food is good but service is terrible. Have been here a few times and not once have I had good service. 10-15 minutes to get a refill is ridiculous. And then had to wait 10-15 minutes after we ate to get our check. I would understand if you were busy, but these are times when not many people were in the restaurant.
7 Mares is a unique Mexican restaurant. Yes, you can get traditional Mexican food there, but they specialize in seafood! Fish and shrimp. Of course these are served with a Mexican Flare. I just stopped in for lunch on Cinco de Mayo. First time I have ever been here even though I drive past it quite often. I had the speedy Gonzalez. A taco and an enchilada with refried beans and rice.
