Great coffee with a personal touch! Doesn't feel like a brand company, always friendly, maximize discounts, give coupons/promotional price. Never shopped anywhere where they showed how much they care especially this time of year. Got my favorite matcha and was given a signed Christmas card from all the employees! So touching. I love biggby, I’ve been going since shortly after they opened their Lexington location. I’m not the biggest coffee fan, but I love their coffees and energy blasts! Great flavor, all types of combinations to meet anyone’s flavor palette. Amazing donut holes that rival Krispy Kreme. Love the coffees and drinks and usually love the staff. Past few times I've been by there's an older lady with a less than pleasant attitude. I understand everyone has bad days, but after a few encounters I steer clear now just to keep from having to interact with her.
