We order from Bucks once a week. This past week we waited over an hour for our order. Pizza wasn’t even started until 45 min after placing order. Employees refused to give contact info for a manager. I’ve messaged this page multiple times asking for a refund for items we never received and every message has been read and ignored. Would not recommend this business.

They told us it would be 1 hour and 15 min. Ended up being like 1 hour and 40 min. The taste was good but pizzas were cold.

Amazing food & service....awful customers. If you are seriously checking the reviews before deciding to order you should know I eat here everyday and the food Is amazing. An honest 8/10 everytime. Far better than any of the food in my home town, which is exactly why I have no problem driving 20+ minutes to get my food from here.
The mixed reviews are from impatient customers, were all hungry and these people work hard nonstop.

Slow. Order 2 hrs in advance so you actually can get it at a decent hour. Cashier rude as can be, speaks under her breath repeatedly. Doesn’t give any actual information unless you’re ordering or paying. Be prepared to stand around for an hour plus. Half the time the pizza isn’t even worth the wait.

This small business has been around since I was a kiddo! My aunt used to love getting the spinach and chicken Alfredo pizza, so growing up, that also became my favorite too. I know some people do not like the pricing, but you really do get what you pay for. Every pizza I have ever gotten here has been top teir, in my opinion. The staff is always kind, but I do suggest ordering ahead of time as they take pride in making their food, so it's not going to be "hot and ready" when walking in and ordering. Overall, my experience here has always been great, and I recommend to anyone wanting a good pizza!
I don't know what has changed, but our most recent experience wasn't pleasant. Called due to an incorrect order, and never received a phone call back as told. The same issue happened once before, and they went above and beyond to resolve it.

We all had different strombolis and found them delicious. We definitely will eat there again!!
Service is terrible. They saved a pizza for us in the system and after ordering the pizza a few items it got screwed up and the owner blamed the communication on us and refused to do anything. Then when we got home we found out they screwed up both pizzas. To make matters worse this has happened to friends of mine multiple times. I think most of this stems down from the owners lack of care and service that he provides based on a short call with him. Why pay more for pizza that isn’t even done right?

We're really bummed, the last pizza we ordered from here was pretty good, but this last visit was a dissopintment.
This pizza should never have left the building. It's honestly worse than Little Ceasars but twice the cost. It's overcooked and super hard. We tried a bite, but it was difficult to chew. So we tossed the entire pie in the trash and ordered Chinese take out.
There are several other pie shops around here that have integrity in their craft.
I hope Bucks pizza gets their shop in order. It will be a long time before we return (if at all).

Make sure you read the sizes of the pizza because it small is what we call a personal pizza but they call it a small. It’s small enough for a child to eat alone very unhappy and upset about paying $20 for two small pizzas that one adult can eat alone, really disappointed
