This is what happens when people with no experience buy a restaurant. They don’t know how to make the food, they don’t know how to provide service to the customer, they don’t know how to get the customer to come back. Bucks used to be great, but not anymore with the new owners and staff. The way they treat their customers is despicable.

The pizza started out really sweet but as you get closer to the crust, it oddly gets better. The crust and breading was great, the toppings were good.. the marinara tasted like it was store bought if im going to be honest. The price was a bit much for a medium pizza. Overall it was good but not the quality I would expect for the price and size we got

Very disappointed with our experience at Buck's Pizza. Charlotte, the manager, was completely dishonest and unhelpful. When I picked up our order, she only opened the box of cheese breads.
She did not go over the contents of the salad, which was in a completely sealed bag. When I got home, I discovered all I had was a container of romaine lettuce, cheese and two dressing packets, no croutons, no toppings, nothing else.
I immediately called to get the issue resolved, and Charlotte told me there was nothing that could be done. Then my husband called while I was listening in, and she blatantly lied to him, saying I had verified the salad contents before leaving. That is absolutely false. Check the cameras please.
We won't be ordering from here again. Upper management needs to take a serious look at who they have representing their business. This is not how you treat paying customers, and it's definitely not a good look.

I've ordered occasionally from here for the past 4 years that I've lived here. I live 5 minutes away from this location, so its convenient for delivery and pickup orders. The pizza is good and the ingredients are good quality. However, they recently changed their pizza sauce, and it tastes different in a bad way in my opinion. In the past I would order meatball subs from here, but there was always something wrong with them when I received them; almost every time I received one the meatballs were crushed up (like completely crushed up and then applied to the sub), a couple times there was barely any sauce or cheese on the subs. Now, onto the service review. The ONLY good thing I have to say about their service is that there's an older woman who works the front counter occasionally, and she is the sweetest lady. The customer service that I have received from the rest of the staff has been subpar or downright atrocious. Make sure you place your orders way ahead of time, I've only placed 2 orders that were ready within an hour of them being placed. Whether they were pickup or delivery orders, 99% of my orders have taken over an hour, and sometimes closer to 2 hours, to be delivered or ready for pickup. There has been a couple of orders that I've placed that have been large orders, due to having people over, and I completely understood when it took a longer period of time to prepare and deliver those orders, but I did not appreciate the delivery drivers (it was a different driver for each order) talking about it being such a large order, acting like it was a problem I ordered so much, and essentially seemingly trying to make me feel bad for ordering delivery for a large gathering. Mind you, I ALWAYS tip over 25% on large orders and at least $10 on very small orders, for driver tips, so they definitely weren't being rude due to not getting a decent tip, and solely because of my order being large. I'm sorry, but if I place an order, tip well, and then don't receive my order for 2 hours or more, the driver should have enough professionalism to, at the very least, not be rude. I haven't ordered here in a little while, due to all of the issues I've had in the past, but I will probably go back to see if they've improved service-wise. If so, I'll edit my review based off of that visit, and I'll be sure to leave photos next time. 🙃

We always ordered pizza from here as it is the closest to what we used to get in Illinois. We ordered yesterday and the sauce has been changed and we couldn't even finish our pizza. Way too sweet and the flavor was awful. Please change it back

This is a hard review to write. The food has been good. The wait staff was good. However the last time we went we waited over 3 hours to get our food.
They decided to do an entire party worth of food through the kitchen and let the few tables in the restaurant sit and wait instead of alternating the orders. If you're going to be utilizing the kitchen for parties just close down to the general public.

First visit, was hesitant due to such mixed reviews. Visited the pizza place on Rte6 on a Sunday afternoon. Was greeted by lady behind the counter. Provided us a menu and shared what all they offered. Ordered med pizza with sausage, pepperoni and mushrooms. Order was timely and tasty. Will return. ( I think ordering in person helps).
