I just ordered from the Burger King on South lake drive my onion rings taste like poison I tried one I'm like hold up then I tried it again it tastes like somebody just dipped it in some kind of solution I am pissed now my mouth tastes like poison

Through 17 years of living in redbank this burger king has always been slow, horrible attitudes from the workers and always waiting forever just to get cold food. dont go here

Don't even bother. Only good thing I can say is that the parking area is lighted. If you had a flat at night, you could pull in to see and have plenty of room to work cause surely the lot would be empty of customers.

Came by early Saturday evening around 5pm ish and they were already closed. Tried again sunday and were closed all day. I've eaten here before and the food isn't terrible if its correct. I'd say this location will be out of business soon with all the other options showing up here in Redbank. You never see anyone here, im shocked they can afford to keep the lights on.

Experiences like this are why Burger King is a tiny corporation and McDonald's is huge -consistently marginal customer service and inconsistent and oftentimes poor food quality. Literally not one customer to be seen except me and they pull me forward in the drive-thru and then I sit for an unexplained inordinate amount of time and the food comes out and it's not even good. Cold burger with brown lettuce and hardly any flavor.

I absolutely love this Burger King! I bring my families here to help their children with delayed development learn to go down the baby slide, walk, appropriately ask for french fries (which the kids love and are soft enough for no choking hazards), and so much more! It’s a great atmosphere and the employees are super sweet for my special needs kiddos and families. The only thing I wish they had was a baby changing table in the men’s room for my dads to change their babies’ diapers when they join me here for family training <3

My elderly grandmother wanted to take the kids to the playground at the other hamburger place and was really sad to learn that they demolished their playground, and someone told me Burger King still had an open play ground. It's true! They have an indoor play place for kids that's actually open and dining tables in the play area. (So I can supervise my feral children and eat at the same time.) The cashier was very nice and brought our food to us. (On Saturday Mar 22 at lunch time). It was more expensive like everything these days but as far as I can tell the quality is the same. As long as the play area is around I'll be back every time I'm on that side of town with my kids.

I went there today on my lunch break and the food was amazing hot and fresh and so was the staff so nice and pleasant. The new GM is doing a great job! I will be back!!

BK wonder why you're losing the burger wars? You are fumbling the fundamentals. My whopper is always room temperature. 🍔I wish I had temperature gauge. I try again every couple months and I'm disappointed. I guess I could complain and maybe it would be hot. It's sad because the Whopper would easily beat the competition.
Doesn't matter if they have a drive thru, large free parking lot, huge clean dining room, Coke freestyle drink machine and kids play area.

Most horrible place i have eaten at in years!!! Went to eat with my husband and 2 grandsons. Ordered 3 duo meals, should have been 6 sandwiches, two original chicken sandwiches two Whopper Juniors two of the bacon cheeseburgers end it up with only three total sandwiches and could not eat any of them they were ice cold and didn't even have the correct bread for the chicken sandwiches and had to wait 20 minutes on those three sandwiches wish they would just hurry up and shut this place down

Horrible experience.. Kid working window just mumbled and we could barely hear him. No lemonade, frozen drinks, or coke. Only diet drinks and tea. One tea came with no ice and the other was a mixture of tea and lemon something. Tasted horrible and had to be thrown out. Ordered no royal sauce on mushroom Swiss and it came covered in it. Took a long time to finally get our order and nothing was hot or fresh at all. Been over 10 years since we've eaten at a BK and this will be the last time.

I absolutely love this Burger King!
