SPENT $38.00 INSIDE THE STORE TO BE SERVED ONION RINGS THAT HAD BEEN SITTING SINCE LUNCH. INFORMED GREEN DYED HAIR CASHIER OF THE OLD SERVING OF ONION RINGS HE STATES. IT'S NOTHING I CAN DO. I CAN'T REMAKE THEM. I CAN'T GIVE YOU ANY TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. UNTIL I ASKED FOR THE MANAGER WHO DROPPED FRESH ONION RINGS. I LEFT THE DISGUSTING OLD ORDER ON THE COUNTER. MANAGEMENT REVIEW THE CAMERA FOOTAGE AND AUDIO HE NEEDS TO BE FIRED PRONTO. THANK YOU.

very clean store, but the fries were old, and while waiting on food they made a milkshake without cleaning the machine from previous shake. they have a sign to clean after every use but are not cleaning the machine like they're suppose to. this is how people with allergies get sick.

New updated review!!! Went to Burger King yesterday and it was actually pretty good this time!! Last few times I’ve went they’ve messed up my order almost every time sadly.. But I’m gonna keep going and see if it gets better. I will let y’all know.
Acouple months later and let me tell you!! Management changed and this store is the best in the region!! I get my food right and fresh everytime!!

This place is terrible. No one greats you, you stand at the register for forever until someone walks up to talk to you. Watched the male employee walk back and forth multiple times before he acknowledged me.

Just left this location my order came out to be 25.66. I ordered two number ones both with cheese. Only to get home and no cheese on either of my sandwichs. Called the store number and got a voicemail. I just worked a 12 hour shift and didn't want to go back out because some is not taking there job seriously 😒. Or can't read a screen. This why it's never busy because they can't get simple order correct. And they made me pull up and wait for my order and said they was out of the signature lemonade. Will never come here again.

The Burger King at 1819 South Lake Dr in Red Bank (Lexington) is the absolute WORST!!! Poor service and food. A friend asked me to pick up a chicken sandwich for them. Pulled up to the empty outside line and waited. Another car pulled up behind the one already ordering from the inside line. Came on the speaker and said they will be with me shortly. Then skipped me and took the order of the other driver who could not make up their mind. Finally left frustrated! No chicken sandwich today! How do they stay in business? Contacted corporate and they won’t do anything since I never got a receipt
I just ordered from the Burger King on South lake drive my onion rings taste like poison I tried one I'm like hold up then I tried it again it tastes like somebody just dipped it in some kind of solution I am pissed now my mouth tastes like poison

Don't even bother. Only good thing I can say is that the parking area is lighted. If you had a flat at night, you could pull in to see and have plenty of room to work cause surely the lot would be empty of customers.
