I waited over 30 minutes for a latte. When I politely went to the window to check on it, I was met with zero explanation, zero apology, and an attitude that made me feel like an inconvenience for simply asking.
I had been a regular customer — not because the coffee was exceptional, but because it was convenient. Unfortunately, basic customer service matters just as much as the product. I’ll gladly drive a little farther for my espresso from now on.

love! today was my first time and it was awesome. the girls working at the concord parkway store this afternoon were amazing!!
Price increase today completely overpriced .Good coffee but they just wanted $7.20 for a large black coffee with a shot of espresso and a medium water.Absolutely ridiculous would not recommend at all.
