I had to subtract some points for the service received by another customer. The gentleman ahead of me in the drive thru received his food only to return in less than five minutes. He got out of his vehicle next to mine to try to get the attention of the person at the window. When the employee noticed him, she acknowledged him and communicated something to someone in the back. The gentleman waited about a good five minutes when the employee came out with what appeared to be a replacement...

It's fast food. But not overly fast. Definitely not top quality in the food department but cheap seafood for sure. They did redo their chicken strips and they are fantastic. Service is super slow most of the time as well, even in the drive thru. Inside does offer a slightly better dining experience than normal fast food as far as seating area goes.

We were the only people eating here. We waited 15 minutes fish, baked potatoes cold. We ask to reheat the baked potatoes. Barely warm. Baked potatoe size of a baseball hush puppies and bread stick cold. Very Disappointed in food and service.
