I see why they have a 3.3 star, customer service was horrible. My food was right and I finally got what I paid for, that's why I gave 2 stars instead of 1. Everything else from customer service was a bad experience.
Great worker named Landon really brightened up my day with his infectious positive attitude. He brought our food to our table when other workers typically have us walk up to the counter. Landon’s excellent service was the best out of any Sonic I’ve ever been to. He was new and his manager was yelling at him when he did not deserve it. Any one who comes here you’ll know if it’s Landon just based off of his enchanting charm.
