Had a very pleasant experience here today. I'm currently walking with crutches. The manager, Ms. T, was very accommodating to my needs. She offered assistance to me that I really needed. There was was also another worker that helped me, can't remember her name. I really appreciated them. People like them are hard to come by these days. The food was also good. The customer service alone is definitely a reason to return.Thanks again Ms. T!!!

I had a disappointing experience at this Redbank Chipotle. My DoorDash order arrived as a bowl instead of the burrito I paid for. Annoying, but mistakes happen. So I drove all the way to the store expecting at least decent customer service.

Instead of letting me keep the incorrect item, the employee tossed the bowl in the trash and remade the burrito. Really? Wasting food, and not even offering the item back, when I used my own gas and time to fix their mistake?

And honestly, I wish she’d thrown the burrito away too, because it tasted awful. The chicken was chewy and overcooked, like it had been sitting out all day. Dry, sitting out waiting to be mummified, rubbery, and utterly disgusting.
Taste level = as bad as the service.

Not wasting any more gas going back for a refund. They can keep the money, they clearly need it to fix their store.

Complete waste of time, money, and patience.

I have repeatedly tried giving this store location another chance and it fails each time. Either they give me barely anything in my burrito and it tastes great(rare) or they stuff it(how I want it) and the meat tastes old/chewy. They LOVE putting way too much sour cream on anything you order.

I have uninstalled the app and plan to not support chipotle for the foreseeable future because of this store. The staff was always nice so that's why I gave it two stars instead of one. Cheers.

This is by far the worst Chipotle location I’ve ever been to. We’ve been eating at Chipotle for well over a decade in 4 different states that we have lived in. This location is hit or miss for cleanliness. And if you order to pick up through the drive thru they will absolutely short your food. I have had 3 different times where I had to have them remake it because it was like half the size it was supposed to be. And they always leave something out. So you aren’t getting what you pay for at all. I have contacted corporate twice and apparently they just don’t care. The staff seems annoyed at best and sometimes are just downright rude. They try to gaslight you about your complaint. It’s ridiculous. They should do better- like all the other Chipotles do.

I’m going have to come on here and post a good review. I’ve had multiple good experiences here. I ordered to go from here at least three times a week now. I love the entire staff. The guacamole has been getting better and better every visit. I don’t know why other people had a bad experience, but maybe it was because they’re new and they should try it again. And now they’re open till 11 o’clock, which is even better. You could download the app they’re always giving free bees out and you get points and eventually get a free meal. It’s healthy ingredients and easy ordering.
If you want more toppings, all you have to do is ask.

Not even my my kids eat the rice of beans. They didn't like it at all. The chips are smushy .

Looked at menu on line as I like a beer with Mexican food. Got there and ordered and was told they don't serve beer. The staff didn't seem friendly. The food was good but the tables needed to be cleaned. Most likely will not be going there again.
