Lone staff member was overwhelmed and frustrated. Another employee returned and helped in spite of her kid waiting in car for her. She helped get caught up, but the lone employee almost walked out leaving us almost without service. The ice I did eventually get was good.

I was greeted with "Sorry but our ice cream machine is down." She was relieved that I was purchasing a gift card. The purchase was easy and the worker was friendly. I look forward to going back when the ice cream machine is working so that I can have a sweet treat.
