This is quite possibly the worst Firehouse Sub I have ever been to! I walked in and saw a few people waiting and didn’t think much of it. I ordered at 3:38 for 2 subs, 1 large steamer and 1 medium Italian. Nothing special. 30 minutes of waiting. During this time, 2 delivery people came in and got their sandwiches, 1 young lady ordered and then 2 young men. 2 sandwiches should never take that long. I have NEVER had to wait an hour for an order that I placed and paid for online. My order was supposed to be ready at 11:45am. I arrived there at 12:15 min pm and asked an employee behind the counter where the online orders were. She was totally clueless, said she only puts the subs in the bags and didn’t know anything.
