Great manger and great workers

It's Freddy's, not much else to say. I ordered tots this time and they had a funny aftertaste, like they'd been cooked in oil after something weird. I didn't care for it but maybe that's how they're supposed to taste. UPDATE Freddy's corporate (I guess) responded asking me to provide more info. However, I was driving and the pop-up disappeared before I cud respond. Hubby and I agreed the tots tasted funky. I think they may have been fried in the same oil as onions. Haven't had this problem at other Freddy's.

Hamburgers are good, but the reason I go there is their Chocolate Malt, it's delicious

Poor quality fast food, poor service, and expensive. Just don't. It's not worth it.

The food was just so terrible and I paid $30 for all of us to eat, so you can imagine how upset I am. McDonald's food is better than whatever they served us. My 2 year old didn't even want to say his tater tots 🤦🏼‍♀️ to top it all off, my stomach was tore up afterwards lol. Never again!!

We went through the drive through in Carmel, IN. 2 of the 3 burgers were to be plain and had cheese. Went into the store to get them fixed and waited a long time to have them remade and still have cheese on them. Was given a refund and waited again for them to be remade a 3rd time. The third time they had the bottom half of the bun and 2 plain patties but not a top to the bun. At this point I gave up and didn’t eat lunch. I have loved Freddy’s for a long time but it will be a LONG time before I go back.

I'm a fredhead regular and usually the late night person who swings by before they close. But they have alot of new staff and they seem to close 20 min early now as this wasn't the first time. no food for me tonite! we got there at 10:40pm they don't close until 11pm on Saturday. Who knows they may have locked the doors vefore we gotta there.

They stole money from me! I ordered through Freddys website for delivery. Ordered three meals with concretes. The meals were delivered but no concretes. Called the Freddys in Sevierville Tn were the food was ordered from and told them and they said that’s not there fault and can’t do anything about it! They said they have a sign up telling the drivers to go in cooler and get the drinks so it’s not on them. I explained it is because I ordered through their website not DoorDash! He said nothing they can do! I already paid of course through their website so I am out my money and food. He said he can’t do anything and hung up on me! That is theft!!!

I don’t think too much of a fast food place that can’t even give you prices. Is that asking too much?

The food is great but the price is high for fast food

I went here like a week ago and it was absolutely delicious. Everyone (4 people) in my family got Freddy’s and they got everything correct! Per person it was 10-20 because in total it was $50 for all 4 people, which I guess is expected. 😅 Overall, I do recommend this Freddy’s as they were quick and reliable with cooking our food.

Sadly, customer service at this location is just bad. I've only gone for the occasional mini concrete, but this location messes up the one thing they're known for, frozen custard.

Good fries always my go to snack for a good price!!!!
