Waited 30 min for 1 original bag inside. Guy behind the counter said he will drop new fries after a good 10 min after I ordered. Not sure why? Seemed very flustered by 2 people in line and just me inside. Very slow, no speed whatsoever at this place. Also, for some reason they won't put chili on fries, they told me corporate doesn't let them. I told them that makes no sense, but whatever. Chic-fila has 20 times the customers and are quicker. I will go there moving forward.

Very quiet & calm on Sunday afternoon. The employees were so friendly & communicated with me the entire time I was there. The food was hot & fresh, with crispy lettuce & juicy tomatoes. Perfect experience! ♡

Yup, A diet minded place. Walked in to order. Watched people walk by me for a while and talk to each other in plain sight of me. Was not waited on and finally left. Wife was so disgusted with this same place she stopped going years ago. Now I will do the same. They have bad attitude and bad aptitude.

My family will not be going back to this Hardee's after waiting over 20 minutes for our food that was cold my husband had to get out of the car to find out that our food was still not ready because the employees were too busy bickering with each other to put orders together
Horrible food. Thin overcooked egg on bacon egg and cheese, burnt hard biscuit. Thin overcooked egg on Sausage and egg biscuit from drive thru. Parked and went in to ask for remake. Guy at counter acted as if he didn't know what to do. Manager came up and looked at biscuit with no response. Lady working drive thru called for another BEC. Manager didn't speak at all. Unconcerned with food I'm sure she wouldn't eat. Will not return. Order was for an 89 year old man. He threw it in the trash. I informed staff, order was not mine, it was for elderly man. Receive another Bacon, egg and cheese biscuit with what appeared to be the same thin, overcooked egg. Really sad manager didn't care about this $8.22 order that was thrown away by a 89 year old man with very limited income.

The drive thru speaker is terrible. When are yall going to fix that? It's on super low and annoying when you can't hear the person taking your order and it's been this way for over a year.

To start the staff is friendly so no complaints with that. The food is hot, however the service is slow. I understand having a busy time but having to wait 10 to 15 minutes for 2 gravy biscuits and 1 sausage biscuit is a bit much. No one has bothered to clean the tables and they are out of napkins. Had to go back and forth for condiments that were requested and was told they were in the bag but in fact were not. Also had to go back for forks as they apparently didnt even bother to put that in the bag either. 3 or 4 people standing at the area the food comes out and they seem confused as to what goes into each bag. People from the drive thru are constantly coming in because of wrong orders. Just not what I remember Hardees being. To say the least it's a little disappointing.
