You have lost us as customers. You used to be a place that my spouse and I could both get a meal, unlike other chain restaurants like Guy Fieri's, Olive Garden, etc. where everything is prepackaged, and to make anything gluten free and vegetarian you just get garnish, because the meat was the bulk of the dish. I have Celiacs and an inability to eat meat due to AGS. I even have to take pills to eat cheese. I typically order the bottomless potato soup, w/o bacon, with a garden salad, minus the croutons, but was surprised today after I had drank half my margarita that this is no longer an option after 4pm. So, I refused to order something to just get garnish. The waitress advocated for us, after all, my husband was ordering a huge steak. The manager let me have a one time order of the bottomless soup and salad, but this still means I can't eat at your restaurant again, and won't. We have eaten at your establishment at least once a month for as long as our local Chili's has existed, but clearly discrimination against people with food allergies is the new Chilli's. And, no we will not be eating supper before 4pm. You were a go-to place when we traveled too, but this need to cut corners and the only options that work on your menu for my allergies, says it all. You only got a few stars because the waitress did her job and advocated for her customers. We appreciated that, because I was going to watch my husband eat and get something to eat at Tropical Smoothie on the way home.

The cleanliness of It's Just Wings was subpar. We noticed dirty tables, stained linens, and unclean restrooms, which detracted from the overall ambiance and comfort. It was evident that proper attention was not given to maintaining a clean and sanitary environment, which greatly diminished our dining experience and raised concerns about hygiene standards.

Not real happy with Chili's Lexington SC. We are from out of town and we checked the Chili's web site and it says that happy hour drinks are $3.99. When we checked out, they were $4.75 and we were told that inflation has caused the price increase, but it's stil showing $3.99 on the web site. We talked to the manager and he would not make it right. Won't be going back to Chili's. It's not the money as much as it's the fact they are showing $3.99 and the is not he case. How hard is it to fix the web site? Very mis-leading and the fact the manager pretty much ignored us was very upsetting. Too many other places to go, so goodbye Chili's. Terrible customer service.

The fake new wings place food was terrible and cold. My order was wrong, they gave me boneless wings. I can tell the chicken n fries was microwave wasn't crispy at all. Never order from there again don't care if they change the name.

Nice place plenty of food. We had the special 3 for $10.99 it is a great deal. I had the old timer with cheese which is a hamburger with cheese and I had broccoli on the side. It also came with a soft drink or iced tea. I had the salad as well. We also had chips with salsa but you have to pay for them or they're free if you belong to there chili's rewards club you just have to sign up for it. The service was great.
