You have lost us as customers. You used to be a place that my spouse and I could both get a meal, unlike other chain restaurants like Guy Fieri's, Olive Garden, etc. where everything is prepackaged, and to make anything gluten free and vegetarian you just get garnish, because the meat was the bulk of the dish. Nice place plenty of food. We had the special 3 for $10.99 it is a great deal. I had the old timer with cheese which is a hamburger with cheese and I had broccoli on the side. It also came with a soft drink or iced tea. I had the salad as well. We also had chips with salsa but you have to pay for them or they're free if you belong to there chili's rewards club you just have to sign up for it. The service was great.

The wings were low-quality meat and somehow managed to be cooked tough on the outside and still raw on the inside. The fries had clearly been made a couple of hours before.On the plus side, the sauce was good (although the wings were literally swimming in it) and the price was unbeatable.
