11/2/2023 went to this Starbucks-Saluda Pointe in Lexington- around 8:30am and ordered 5 drinks. so I knew it would be awhile, not an hour long but awhile. Yes, I did end up waiting an hour but I'm not here to complain. I'm here to compliment all the workers that worked at this location this morning. There were what seemed like 30 people in the lobby, the drive thru wrapped around the building and ample amount of mobile orders being pushed through. I watched these workers stay...read full review

The food was decent. Not great, but decent. The service was nice, friendly and accurate (I wasn't in police or military uniform and conservatism doesn't have a uniform, so then there's that, just saying). The black coffee with a shirt is double e espresso was good but not much better if any than my Folgers Black Silk that I make at home. And for the price?!? I went because my sister had a gift card. Excellent Service. I was there yesterday and had some confusion with my coffee and the barista was kind enough to ask me how she could do. She was able to address my concerns. Great customer service
