Good music but a little loud for conversation
I have consistently ordered from this location for the past few months and every time I do they are always kind and on top of things. They are consistent with pick up times on the app, very kind and friendly, and always make my drink perfectly. I have one closer to home and work but I always come here because this location is my favorite.
Great location (I-20 and 378) but limited inside space.

Starbucks Coffee Company offers a wonderful INSIDE atmosphere with accommodating and phenomenal staff. Employees are friendly, kind, and take the time to perfectly craft each drink, making a real difference. They are professional, helpful, and care about creating a welcoming atmosphere, with some staff standing out as great managers. The food and people are excellent.
However, the OUTSIDE atmosphere is not good. Parking is extraordinarily difficult, especially for large vehicles, and wheelchair accessibility is pretty much non-existent, posing challenges for those with walking issues. Since reopening, the experience has been great, with redecoration improving the space.
Despite the positive staff interactions, this Starbucks can be inconsistent and poorly run. At certain times, they seem to always be out of items like Iced green tea, black tea, Nitro cold brew, Iced coffee, Iced Americano, and syrups, suggesting a lack of preparation. Order ahead is frequently off, and wait times can be as long as 30 minutes, with drinks sometimes being left off orders. Plain oatmeal is provided without toppings unless specifically requested. The employees often seem overwhelmed, understaffed, and defeated. There is also mention of a strike due to a contract dispute.
