Do they not have air conditioning? Because it was about 90 degrees inside this location this morning. I was only there for a few minutes while waiting for my drink, but I felt terrible for the employees. I don't know how they were making hot drinks and food in that environment.

Service was friendly enough, but I got egg bites and they tasted foul, like they were kind of rancid. I thought it was just me but when I shed my son to try some he was grossed out too. I don't think it was very fresh. And the milk foam was also foul tasting like it might have been expired. I am discarding my meal.

At 8am a multitude of times this Starbucks seems to always be out of items.Iced green teablack teaNitro cold brewIced coffeeIced AmericanoSyrupsEtc…This seems like lack of preparing the night before.Order ahead is alway on or off depending on day, and time. (I get if someone calls in they probably have to turn it off. It’s off a lot though)Wait time can be as long as 30 min.And some drinks will just completely be left off the order.If you order oatmeal, make sure to ask for the toppings with it. They will just give you the plain oatmeal.It’s a very inconsistent, and poorly run Starbucks.The employees always seem to be crazy overwhelmed, understaffed, and just defeated.

Hate this Starbucks!!! We dread coming here before we even get here! They never get anything right, always rude it’s just annoying. Y’all are going to keep losing business because of the trash you hire. This SB needs a total clean house and redo cause it blows!

They have gotten my order wrong multiple times going through the drive thru only to realize as I drove off. Then my mobile order went to the wrong place and after waiting there for 20 min instead of being pleasant the guy told me that was not their location. He wasn’t willing to make it there for me or refund me. The people who work there are not friendly and do not put the customer first

Online hours say the inside closes at 2pm and takeout ends at 7 pm. My husband and I went by the drive-thru at 5:55 pm and everything was closed. The hours on the window are posted as closing at 8 pm. Hours need to be updated for better business. Would not recommend.

The worst customer service experience ever. Always have to wait for online orders get there today and lobby is closed can't get my order and it is pd for drive thru is backed out to the street will never go back and I'm out my money.i called and they want refund my money because I'm not there in person. I work they want let customers in but they will let u in for a refund really? Don't go there

The store closed early. After we waited 20 minutes in the drive thru and arrived at the menu at 2:01 they told us sorry they were closing at 2. We were stuck in the drive thru and were multiple cars behind us. They didn’t put a cone or anything to keep people from continuing to get into the drive thru but wouldn’t help us. Very poor customer service.

As someone who works at the hospital, I understand not wanting to work holidays. Unfortunately some of us have to regardless. What really sucks is heading to work on a holiday and arriving to pick up the coffee you ordered, only to find the staff decided to keep the doors locked and not actually do any work. Deliberately wasting people's time and money when you could simply turn off mobile ordering is unacceptable.

11/2/2023 went to this Starbucks-Saluda Pointe in Lexington- around 8:30am and ordered 5 drinks. so I knew it would be awhile, not an hour long but awhile. Yes, I did end up waiting an hour but I'm not here to complain. I'm here to compliment all the workers that worked at this location this morning. There were what seemed like 30 people in the lobby, the drive thru wrapped around the building and ample amount of mobile orders being pushed through. I watched these workers stay positive through this rush of orders (I'm guessing at minimum 100 orders within that hour). I saw them all busting a** doing whatever they needed to do to appease everyone as much as possible. Just here to say great, hard work y'all! I know there were some aggravated customers but don't hold your heads. Y'all rocked this morning and I could tell you all were going as fast as you could doing as best as you can! Great job to you all!!
