Starbucks Coffee Company in West Columbia is a convenient stop, especially given the limited coffee shop options. It is reliable for grabbing a quick drink or snack, and the consistency is what you would expect. This location stands out more for convenience than anything else. The entire team absolutely rocks. The staff is amazing, and customers have never walked in or gone through the drive-through without great customer service. One customer had an excellent experience with Grace, who provided outstanding customer service, was attentive to detail, ensured the order was accurate, and went above and beyond. Another customer praised Debrah at the register for being so kind and helpful. A Thursday morning crew made a morning start off well by being SO NICE and writing a nice message on a cup. A specific meal mentioned is the protein banana matcha drink, which is yummy. Drinks are always top-tier.
