We asked the waitress for something and she didn't bring it right away. She went by our table and remembered that she was supposed to bring us something. Other than that, things were okay.
What made the experience for us was our server Hope. She was phenomenal! Her level of attentiveness, friendliness, and overall service is hard to find these days. The food came out quickly and we enjoyed it. Thank you guys, and Hope keep up the good work you are appreciated!!!

The online ordering system was horrible. I got a lady who spoke very little English. I couldn't understand her and she could not understand me. She knew very little about the menu and had to call the store to find out if they had grits. I hung up because I was at the store by the time she got back to me. It's sad that this "all american resturant" out sources it's ordering system to a foreign agency. What about the people in America that need to work.
