Their chicken was just ok. I ordered the 3 pice dinner, which is supposed to have a combination of one white piece and two dark pieces. Or, a combination thereof. Well, I got one leg, and two thighs. Disappointing.
In a society where service is going downhill everywhere I was really really impressed with the speed and service and politeness that was exhibited by everyone I couldn't believe I counted 17 people working behind the counter and out in the lobby it was awesome. I was impressed.

I love Rush's Food! But Rush's refusal to heat my roll was devastating and to be told that was a corporate decision was mind blown! Didn't realize zapping a bread roll would cause Soo much confusion! Last visit took seven minutes before the cashier took my order and I was the only customer waiting to be served! Wow! Cashier left the front counter, upon return showed attitude of not wanting to take my order reason- bread roll call? Not gonna visit this store for a while! Sad?
