I love Rush's Food! But Rush's refusal to heat my roll was devastating and to be told that was a corporate decision was mind blown! Didn't realize zapping a bread roll would cause Soo much confusion! Last visit took seven minutes before the cashier took my order and I was the only customer waiting to be served! Wow! Cashier left the front counter, upon return showed attitude of not wanting to take my order reason- bread roll call? Not gonna visit this store for a while! Sad?

Their chicken was just ok. I ordered the 3 pice dinner, which is supposed to have a combination of one white piece and two dark pieces. Or, a combination thereof. Well, I got one leg, and two thighs. Disappointing.

Went through the drive through on 3/19 around 6:30PM. Took 20 minutes for two cheeseburger baskets and a milk shake. When we got to the window the lady was RUDE, argued our order (had to prove that we paid for our milk shake), and when I asked for extra ketchup and napkins she threw the ketchup at me and said you have plenty of napkins in the bag. Won’t be going back to this location.
It was close to closing the indoor dining. The staff was very nice and quick! The food was delicious and hot!
