“I don't know what it is but apparently the employer at this facility is concerned about employees with positivity,pride and concern for the customer. Every time I visit this establishment, the employees are always super gracious and accommodating and take pride in what they prepare for the patrons. I can always count on receiving a quality sub at this particular location. Oh, and I tried their pepper relish condiment because what I've been missing and apparently it's been a lot because it was really good.“
“Rebekah the general manager at the South Lake location went above and beyond for myself and 2 other teachers at Deerfield Elementary School. She drove her personal vehicle and used her gas to deliver an Uber eats order that I had issues receiving. I’ve NEVER experienced customer service at such a superior level. I told her that I didn’t need her to do it, and she insisted because she didn’t want our experience ruined. How extraordinary is that?! She inconvenienced HERSELF to own a problem that wasn’t even her’s! We were so grateful of her actions and I wanted to make sure I took time out of my day to express my gratitude to her.“
