I ordered Jersey Mike’s tonight over and hour before the stores’ closing at 9pm. The update shared with me it would be delivered at 8:37pm. That time had passed and I called customer service right after 8:40pm. The representative (Mark) informed me that he would have another delivery person go to the store to deliver the food.
