Little Caesars Pizza

I use this Little Caesars often and have never had a problem with customer service or quality. However, when I was picking up a pizza today I saw the individual at the register turn around and, without washing their hands, stick their bare hand in the metal container of pepperoni and then use that pepperoni on multiple pizzas. This was immediately after I watched them handle money and touch all over the register. Either the other employees didn’t notice or this is such a common occurrence that no one thought twice about it, but that blew my mind. I gave 2 stars because I’ve never had an issue before and everyone really is very nice, but this is an issue that definitely needs to be addressed.

Staff could be more polite but overall not a bad place

The wait was very long even though I got the hot and ready lunch special which was just a small pizza it took forever but the food was very delicious

Our pizza is always fresh, hot, perfect amount of toppings etc. this is the best little Caesars around!

Great for those really busy days, and you didn't have time to cook dinner. They are also good about making things right if something went wrong with your order. But this very rarely happens.

They should take deep dish pizzas off the menu or at least retrain employees at this location on how it should be done. I partly blame myself for ordering here when I could, actually should have gotten food elsewhere. This is the 2nd time I've gotten undercooked doughy pizza with too much cheese. It is completely inedible. The pizza would probably be cooked completely if it wasn't smothered with so much cheese. The crazy bread we ordered was also undercooked and limp. The only edible item we ordered were the pizza cups, so I'll give them that. But please stop with with deep dishes.

Shitty service ! Waited 15 for someone to come to the window! The guys name is Mason H! Every time I come to store #01466-0003 then tells me I have to wait 15 to 20 mins then tell me drive around the building and come back two came and left

Don't come here if the place is packed or it's weekend night. Ordered my food said deep dish pizza and hot and ready peperoni with breadsticks and cheese bread paid for my meal and wasn't given a receipt because they were out of paper. The whole store apparently had no receipt paper. I mention this because they didnt give me my correct order shorted me a whole pizza and there was no way for me to verify this when I ordered because there was no recieipt. No one to man the counter until the manager had to tell someone to service the 10 people in the small lobby. Also the manager could have just helped everyone instead they chose to stay in the way back and do the easiest job out of all the stations and ignore people who needed help. I witnessed at least 4 people that needed help with wrong orders or an elderly lady whose payment didn't go through struggle with little to no help from the staff if they evem acknowledged them. I'm sure they can do better but this was not their night.

I showed up in the middle of the day on a Sunday and was told that there was no pizza. That I would need to wait 10-15 minutes for them to be ready and then try the line again. This would be in hopes that after waiting in a line again that they would not all be gone again. I asked to speak to a manager about this to confirm what I was being told. I was then informed that there was no manager on duty. I asked if this happens often and he confirmed that yes this has happened a lot recently. Very disappointing.

Absolutely sucks. Never has pizza ready. That’s the only reason you would want to go there in any case. Yet every single time Ive been there they are out. If I’m gonna actually wait, I will wait somewhere else for a good pizza. What a joke.
