I just want to say Thank You McDonald's for always getting my order right, I come im everyday and I order a ice caramel coffee, but I always ordered my iced caramel coffee with a lot of extra shots of caramel, and they've always gotten it right, some places other McDonald's I go to does not get it right, so I really just want to say a big thank you, to the McDonald's on Southlake Drive, y'all are the best y'all give excellent experiences to your customers, thank you so very much.

The absolute slowest McDonalds thats ever existed. I waited 30 minutes after I ordered for my food. And I would have waited longer if I stayed in the Drive-Thru

First fries were cold. They brought out another order that was slightly warm. I should have followed my gut & not ordered. People that weren't customers were laughing & playing around with an emply that was waiting on his ride. One boy was doing a few things that no one should see, esp in front of my 6 yr old granddaughter. 🤬 One other Emily if not both of the girls were doing a tiktok video. 🙄 Manager of this store should be ashamed & step up a few notches.

I waited for my order 25 minutes. They took food from my order to give to other orders. People were rude and did not respond to why my order was sitting while 11 other orders were processed. I counted them.
