The soda were flat and when I mentioned it to a lady wearing a blue uniform shirt, she told me I had a bad attitude. I worked for McDonald's a long time ago. Ray Kroc founded McDonald's on the basis of quality, service and cleanliness. They missed a major opportunity on quality and service. The restaurant was very clean. I won't be back to that location. There is another one 5 minutes up the road.

Stopped by February 19th at around 8:15 /8:30 and watched three other vehicles proceed to have their orders taken, only to get to the first window to find your slack employee trying to take orders while having her earbud in one ear talking on the phone and having to make people repeat their orders several times due to her being on her personal phone. You'd think you could hire better people. DEI I guess. Doesn't matter as long as they're first for a job they're NOT qualified for.

McDonald's seems to be on a path of self-destruction. The food quality has declined significantly, and the service is painfully slow—you can end up waiting over 35 minutes just to be served. It’s a complete disaster. The executives running this company should try their own food; I doubt they’d enjoy it. In fact, they might even end up in the hospital with food poisoning.
