This location refuses to allow customers to order special, holiday-edition, items via the app because they want to reserve them for in-store walk-ins. Terrible customer service decision since the app users are your most loyal customers. I even called and was told they were reserved for walk-ins and could not be set aside or prepaid for. They offer delicious gluten-free options that taste amazing. The mini bundt cakes, bundtlets, and cakes like lemon raspberry, white chocolate raspberry, snickerdoodle, and red velvet are absolutely delicious, incredibly moist, and perfect, with the best frosting. Ordering online for pickup is super easy.
