Unfortunately this didn't live up to the hype. Three people in our party, none liked their orders (all three got different things too).

This place needs to shut down or change management. The food was terrible as well as the service. With it being a franchise the food should taste the same wherever you go. I was passing through GA & tried the Atlanta location which was delicious and the customer service was superb. With that experience I couldn’t wait to try the South Carolina location located in Lexington SC. I drove 45min from Columbia but didn’t mind because I thought the food and customer service would be as good as it was in GA. It was like night and day between the two locations. When we got there the cashier didn’t greet us, the cashier seemed like she just woke up and threw an apron. I ordered the peach cobbler and I literally couldn’t tell if it was peaches or apple in it. I had to let my daughter taste it to see if she could tell. There was no flavor possibly because it was so old and it tasted like they just reheated VERY, VERY old peach cobbler. My daughter had the cookie and it was just as bad, it was hard and tasted old as well. We will NEVER go back to this location it was that horrible.

Portion is small the selections are overwhelming. They should just call it the Dessert Factory. CsR was patient and nice

We ordered two peach cobblers with ice cream. Cobbler was dry and not even warm enough to melt the soft serve ice cream that was served in a cup like the cobbler. $18+ with tip very disappointed

Didnt get what was asked, Nutella ice cream was a disappointment.

My cinnamon roll was piping hot but it wasn’t fresh. It was obviously put in the microwave. I could tell by how the icing was broken. If the food isn’t hot, just box it as is and let me reheat it in my own time. That way it won’t be rubbery by the time I get home.

Food is really good. However cashiers said they could only do cash and he was counting down the register already. It was 8:15 and they closed at 10.

Went to his food truck yesterday and got a few things. The peach cobbler, banana pudding, and the cinnamon roll was all a 10. The guy in the truck was super nice AND it only took about 5 minutes. It was a little pricey but for how good it was, it was worth it. That banana pudding was on point though!

From the friendliness of the workers to the best peach cobbler I have ever eaten and to top it off with the ice cream OMG DELICIOUS!!!
