Best snow cone place ever! My husband me and my girls have been going to Pelicans for a few years now and we try to visit all of the new shops that open. The employees are always so sweet and nice hands down love the place
Great flavors! Though I must report inconsistency at different locations. Red Bank location forgets about their first responder discounts, and other locations give better discounts.
