Terrible customer service. Yelling profanity and slamming the drive through window when they couldn’t find my app order. They kept trying to bring me some random person’s order and pressuring me to take it so they could go back to standing around. Had to make it last second, so I was waiting for over 20 minutes. Terrible management with (somehow) worse employees. Overall, I’m unaware as to how this location is still open.

Haven’t had Popeyes in a while I used to thoroughly enjoy the place, but something has happened since my last outing with Popeyes. Let’s start with ordered through the mobile app went in to pick it up multiple employees with view not one of them greeted the customer that came through the door Stood there about 10 minutes before somebody finally acknowledged. My presence told them I had a app order gave them my name. They handed me my food told him thank you got no response. The Redbank location has gone drastically downhill. They need to revamp store was filthy. Only really two employees in there look like they were working out of a total of six that I’ve seen that day. It’s gonna be a very long time before I even think about going to that location again if ever again. Oh, before I forget as far as the food went, the chicken was so bland thank God I had some hot sauce at the house so I could have some type of flavor.

I see Popeyes finally took the time to respond to this review. The time and date of said incident is the date of the post Popeyes, but that is irrelevant go through your reviews. You have a significant issue there with the same problems the only way to mitigate that is with a bulldozer your management there has failed your employees and your employees fail the customers on a consistent basis that is the one thing they are consistent with.

Paid too much for 'kid sized' fries, went back through drive thru, even the worker asked the other lady to add more fries. The small amount of fries was really ridiculous and kid sized

I last patronized this Popeyes 2 years ago. The food was horrible then. 2 years later, not much has changed. Poor quality and cold food. Definitely won't be patronizing again. Not worth the money.

Could not even order. Waited in line. They had a special for 2 orders of chicken dippers for $7.99. We order and they rang up $9.99. Told the employee it is ringing up wrong, she gets another person to come fix it. They still put it in as $4.99 + $5.00 and continues to ask if we want anything else. When they had not even fixed the first issue. Why have a special sign on windows for pricing if your own employees don’t know how to use or it do it. Ended up pulling off because it took too long for them to even realize that they were not getting it right.

Rudest employees I’ve ever encountered. Lady refused to give me her name to report her. Sitting down in the dinning room on her phone and aggravated she had to get up to help customers.

Nasty chicken and terrible service

Service was terrible. I went through the drive thru. I wwas missing an item. I mentioned i was missing an item. Instead she said I could come inside a speak to the manager. I hesitated, but decided to go in. Big mistake. The manager pretty much ignored me, walked, few minutes later she came back, walked by me for the third time. She knew exactly who I was. I heard one worker tell her who i was. She was very, very rude. A lot more issues happened went through in between the horrible service that i experienced. I left a message for who owns this particular Popeye's. We'll see how long it will take for them to repond, respectfully personal verbal contact.

If you order your food through a 3rd party delivery service Popeyes, please dont. Popeyes don't care about your order because it not a driver thur order. Your food will be cold by the time it gets delivered. By the time Popeyes gets around to making your order atleast 1 and maybe 2 drivers have canceled because they are waiting >10 min. I know because I am a 3rd party delivery driver and every Popeyes order I get I will cancel after 10min. And buy the time another driver accepts your food has been sitting on the cold counter.

My food that I ordered was cold, everyone that worked in the restaurant was on their phones and I only saw about one person doing work. Sat in line a ridiculous amount of time… truly unacceptable, and after paying 40 bucks on food just to have it cold is insane. Corporate needs to have a surprise visit on this location because they suck.
