Went up there today and sat in the drive thru for 10-15 minutes just waiting for them to take my order. There was no line. Pulled right up to order and still waited 10-15 minutes just for them to take my order, could understand if we were waiting on food. After saying hello 3 times, I finally pulled around and went inside to the employees inside arguing over what position certain people were supposed to be doing. To one guy cussing behind the counter. And I’m guessing the manager arguing with one of the guys over which position he was suppose to be in. Oh and if you’re going to have a rule list for the employees at least put it somewhere the customers can’t see. Even though the rules weren’t being put into effect since their person in the very back breading the chicken had air pods in.

The chicken is very crispy and crunchy. The chicken pieces were pretty small this go round. The price has gone up $$ on the Tuesday special. However not a bad option, and pretty tasty ? chicken.

I paid $ 37.00 to get a Half Filled side of Beans and Rice!!For that price it SHOULD HAVE BEEN FULL!!I asked the cashier what sides were availableAnd I got a Extended Arm with a pointingFINGER!!POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!YOU OPEN YOUR MOUTH ANDSAY WHAT SIDES YOU HAVE!!IS THAT DIFFICULT!?LET ME KNOW...I WILL GO TO K.F.C. !!

Poor management service!!!!! All of my order was incorrect. My food wasn’t in the bag after driving home I called to attempt to come and get the food. I was told that he didn’t feel like making a pan of macaroni because they close at 10! Explained my frustration he didn’t understand and hung up the phone I then called back the employee hung up the phone no one picked back up the phone very unprofessional I will be calling corporate!

I’m sure the only requirement to work here is to have a terrible attitude. The MANAGER is the rudest person I’ve ever encountered in my life and that’s a strong statement. Just a nasty attitude for no reason at all! I’ll drive 30 minutes to another Popeyes before I go back to this one, they will be out of business soon for sure with the employees they have now. All over just terrible.
We Always go in to place our order, so can’t attest to how the drive-thru is. But inside, the employees have always been very polite and nice.The food has tasted amazing every time. I order the chicken sandwich, Mac and cheese, and Strawberry biscuit each time.They honor the coupons sent in the mail which is a big bonus!Only 4 stars because despite the food tasting wonderful and polite employees, they do have a habit of getting small parts of the orders wrong (regular instead of spicy, charging for a bacon and cheese despite not ordering it)But I’ve truly been impressed by this establishment just due to the huge decline in fast food overall recently.

Piss poor Popeyes. Ordered online 24 garlic Parmesan wings and 2 regular mashed potatoes with gravy..super simple order.. drive 15-20 min to location, wait 5 min or so in drive thru. Told to pull in slot or come inside as they do not have my order ready. Get inside and wait another 15 min. Receive wings in bag just tossed on table, does not say a name but apparently it’s mine as I ask and the employee nods. Missing both sides of potatoes. Finally get sides and get to car…. I decide to count the wings, I open both trays and count but my math is only adding up to 22. I was short 2 wings which after the wonderful display of customer service and expedited speed at which I received the majority of the food I paid for, I decided to forego the trip inside again and just be thankful I was only shorted 2 wings.

This place sucks and they limit chicken wings. I been living in area for a year now, every time I tried to go the decision to pull off has started happening. The people are rude. Seem like it’s the culture there. Once the manager was working to drive through and she was rude. I think she trains everyone to have a nasty tone.
Had a big family order & they nailed it! Polite service at the window, hot food, doesn’t get any better than that! We truly appreciate all of their hard work!
