I'm picky about Mexican food, but this San Jose did not disappoint! Don't let the express fool you. This is excellent food, served quickly and with a smile. The salsa bar was fresh and had a good variety. (Note, it is clearly labeled dine in only).

Jorge was so charming, I felt like I was in his home and my comfort and enjoyment of the food his top priority.

The Carnitas and chimichanga was so meaty, we couldn't finish it all!...

This is one of our go-to restaurants in Lexington. Service is crazy fast (only complaint is you hardly get full on the chips and salsa because your meal comes out so quickly ??, haha) and the workers are so kind. They are always all so kind and accommodating for our daughter (extra plate, high chair, etc) and check on us throughout the meal. staff are always super friendly, food is ready quickly and tastes great! once i left my wallet there on accident, and the manager/owner came to my house 30 minutes later to give it back! i hadn’t even realized it was gone. incredible service. you can tell they are passionate about their work.
