We stopped in for some ice cream and a chili cheese coney. Nobody was overly friendly, nor did they appear to be in much of a rush to push orders out. After we received our food the guy that appeared to be in charge was very short with a customer that came in wanting to buy ice cream. From the conversation I couldn't help but overhearing he was an employee that was off that day, and the guy in charge refused to sell the off the clock employee ice cream because they were almost out. Regardless, our food was good, and very fresh. The dining room floor was really sticky, and despite football games being on the tv, another employee came in their and turned the tv channel to some cartoon that had its character vomiting a rainbow. Not exactly what most people want to watch or listen to while trying to eat.

Got the grilled cheese with tots. Its okay. But the grilled cheese is dry and doesnt remotely hold a candle to QTs. So far they have the very best Grilled cheese and the 2nd best mac and cheese only to Bourbon. Bekiebe ot or not. Bc they add 4 difderent types of cheese.

Love Halloween at Sonic. 50 cent corn dogs have become a tradition for me and my children after trick-or-treating. I honestly think they look more forward to the corn dogs than the candy.

Watched a guy sit at the speaker in front of us for 15 minutes and no one took his order. We pulled up and the same thing happened to us. Pulled around and saw two employees just standing in the kitchen doing nothing. This Sonic has gone down hill ever since a lot of the good employees and managers quit and I know they all quit because I've seen this good employees at other establishments.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE BACON ON MY SANDWICH WAS BURNED MANAGER NONCHALANT SANDWICH REMADE ALL THE GREASE FROM THE START OF SHIFT WAS ON MY BOTTOM BUN AS WELL AS THE WRAPPER. HUSBAND'S SMASH BURGER BOX AT THE BOTTOM WAS FILLED WITH START OF SHIFT GREASE AS WELL. EMPLOYEE'S NOT IN WORK ATTIRE ALLOWED TO GO BEHIND THE COUNTER AND SELF SERVE. RUN THE CAMERAS BACK TO TONIGHT'S INTERACTIONS. I'LL BE WAITING.

Stopped by this establishment today for something quick biggest mistake ever I ordered 2 corn dogs both was old and burnt sent back 2 more came out they were just as old just not as burnt! Ordered a cookie dough and Oreo blast with extra Oreo was given Oreo and MM’s also ordered was a lemon slush add a splash of strawberry was given a strawberry slush with chunks of lemon! This place is ridiculous and it’s not like there we’re busy we were the only car there! Will never do business here again? !

Arrived at 1130 pm and male stated they served their last customer. Then got rude when we told them we were waiting behind the person they served. Business hours state they dont close until 12am/midnight. All we wanted was a milkshake didn't even have to cook anything. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
Went through the drive through at about 8:20 pm. Ordered a sonic smasher only mayo, 2 orders of 6 pc mozz sticks, the salted caramel toffee bites, and a rte 44 Coke Zero. Waited about 5 to 7 mins at the window after paying and receiving my drink before being asked to pull up. Once I did, I waited an additional 25-ish minutes until I was able to hail an employee. He brought out my food almost immediately after. I didn’t realize until after I left that there were only 2 mozz sticks (not 12). My husband called the manager and did get a refund (thankfully), but after I returned home and he began to eat his meal we discovered that SOMEONE HAD TAKEN A BITE OF THE BURGER. Are you kidding me??? Never in my LIFE.
