Stood inside at the cash register for 5 minutes and the employees just kept staring at me and doing other things!!! They weren’t busy at all. No one even said I’ll be with you in a minute ! I walked out. What’s the point in having indoor seating if your not gonna get helped.
First time trying the new location. As unimpressive as before it moved. food was cold and tough. Customer service was sub par. Too bad. the building is nice. patio is nice. I just won't return to enjoy it.
I just waited 45 minutes for a milk shake. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I hope they don't offer a gratuity because I wouldn't go nack.it they were giving it away. DISGUSTING.
