Don’t usually leave reviews but actually had a great experience at this Starbucks. All the staff was so friendly and it was very clean. Best Starbucks I’ve been to yet.

Not sure what’s going on at this location but it used to be my favorite. The entire staff is different just from one month. Most are rude, condescending when I tell them a drink isn’t sweet at all (constantly happens here, epically with the matcha), and don’t even acknowledge you when you walk in. It’s also gotten REALLY slow. No apologies for wait and just zero accountability. 80 percent of the time, my drinks aren’t done right.

610pm I drove up to the store wondering if they were open because they had no outdoor lights on. I walked up and pulled open the door asked what time they close the young man stated 9pm I advised that they had no lights on he stated they dont have control of them its a corporate thing. I noticed that there were no cars in the drive thru like they were trying to make customers to think they are closed. I proceeded to order when I walked outside and took a picture guess what the lights came on.

Came in because it was red cup day. I got there early so not crazy busy. My permanent mocha was excellent and my breakfast sandwich was good.

The service in this location is really terrible. Will not go back to this location. I don’t need a response saying sorry , please contact us in one of these ways. I will not contact you. I just want my opinion read. I just won’t be coming back.

This was terrible. I ordered 2 lightly iced coffees because my wife doesn't like too much ice. They only gave me half a cup? Are you guys at Starbucks that broke? $7 Half a coffe This will definitely be my last time.

I’ll only go to one Starbucks from now on. I asked for a venti refresher.. got to the window with a grande ready. Well I’m sure she just poured it in a bigger cup and added another scoop of ice. So basically I have a cup of iced lemonade with coconut milk. She was a bit rude. But I don’t live here. Thanks for letting me wait 20 minutes in line for a $7 drink that’s trash. :)

Very disappointed with the overall experience at Starbucks. They heard my order wrong and when I went inside to resolve the issue the girl behind the counter was so rude. The coffee is too expensive to act like that. I was very patient, very kind and she didn’t have any sort of care at all. I’m absolutely shocked at the service. Poor experience, if the menu at the drive thru worked it would have saved us all of the time.
