I went inside because I needed $200 worth of gift cards for Christmas gifts. I stood there for atleast 10 minutes, no eye contact, I will be right with you, NOTHING from any of the 4 employees working. Busy or not, acknowledge the people spending money with you!! Visa gift cards from Wal-Mart it is!!

I was really looking forward to a coffee to get my morning started, so I went inside to place an order. I was completely ignored by all staff, although several made eye contact. No one said, "Hello, someone will be with you. Can I help you?" I stood at the counter by the register, and a staff member finally walked up, walked past me to address a person who came in after me, and took her order. Woooowwwww!!!! She finally asked me if I had a pick up order, I said no, I was waiting to place an order, and she rolled her eyes. Wooooowwww!!! I asked to speak to the manager, and she indicated that she was the shift leader. I asked to speak to someone above her, the manager came over and I explained that no one greeted or took my order but served another customer and walked away, the manager said "oh well that falls on me too, I didn't see you or address you either" WOOOWWWW!!! This was not a great start to my workday, I left without purchasing anything. My suggestion, don't even waste your time going inside. They are ALL focused on the drive-thru. Worst Starbucks experience ever!!!!!!!!

I needed a quick breakfast this morning and this location did not disappoint! My egg sandwich was hot and my pumpkin spice latte tasted great! It was also a big plus to see a smiling face at the drive thru ?

Had two lattes a few days apart made like macchiatos, they layered the expresso out on top. Nice guys but please make these drinks right, they are expensive.
My order is almost always correct. The people there are very professional and friendly.

Good coffee, poor service. For example, say hello when a guest walks in or if there’s someone sitting waiting for a drink, acknowledge them when you sit a drink down on the counter for pick up. It’s rude and happened multiple times

They are watering down their coffee . I went to nyc and asked for the same drink, and the coffee was heavy, but in this location, every time I got the brown sugar oat milk shaken expresso, it taste like water mixed with oat milk and one expresso shot not cool especially ? if your paying $7 !
