Taco Bell in Lexington

“The guy was very careful taking our order since I messed it up a couple of times and had to correct myself but he was very understanding and didn't skip a beat. We showed up with this huge, complicated order for 6 people really late and he didn't complain once. The food order was perfect upon its delivery and he even included tons of sauce. He did a really great job! Thank you young man! You rock!“

“The GM Adam is a very good fit for this store. He is kind, caring and professional. He works well with his staff, and listens to feedback very well. The food is good. Never have to wait to long. And it's so nice to see the happy faces from all the staff. They are juveniles but management handles everything in this store so professionally it shows how well he is from his staffs behavior.

Parking: Plenty of spots.“

“I eat here from time to time. Today I ordered a burrito supreme and my daughter had a burrito and a Baja blast. They gave me 17 hot sauces which was awesome. The staff was very friendly. The burrito was a little soggy and the lettuce was super soggy. I was hungry so I wasn’t complaining. If it had been any other time I might have said something. They don’t have good ice here. It is big and melts too fast in their see through plastic cups. So if you are an ice chewer like me, this is not your place. Other than that, the experience wasn’t bad at all.“

“I specifically drive to this Taco Bell because of issues with the one further down Sunset. The employees at this location are always so nice and the food is always accurate and good. I always pull off from the drive thru talking about how kind everyone at this location is but I have to say last night really put it over the top. I always pull to the side to make sure I have everything I need before I leave and one kind soul wrote on the wrappers exactly what the item was.

I know most people come on Google to complain but I wanted to take a moment to say thank you for always being nice and for ALWAYS getting my husband’s very specific order right and packaging everything carefully. I really do appreciate the effort this location makes.“
