This Taco Bell is genuinely such a waste of time. I mobile ordered and went through the drive through to be told to pull around and park, which is fine. However after 15 minutes of waiting I come in to ask about my order and they haven’t even started making it, while one of the workers just stands around and chats. Also asked me what drink I wanted numerous times even though I did not order a drink and told them numerous times that I didn’t order one

Not a great location sadly. Even if you order ahead they park you. We ordered 1 taco & a drink got parked for 10 minutes. This has happened multiple times. We’ve just stopped going to Taco Bell all together.

I just placed my order and SWAPPED the meat for black beans because I'm a vegetarian. I just bit into my food and it has meat in it. They have their phone disconnected so they don't have to answer it. I WANT MY MONEY BACK NOW. The teenagers preparing people's food were too concerned with carrying on a private conversation in the kitchen where all customers could hear instead of paying attention to the order they're preparing. I have never been more disgusted in my life.

Taco Bell is going downhill with their Kiosk only option. Seems like they take forever and ever with online orders. It's not any faster, kinda tucked at all taco bells lately. When we go through drive through still make wait forever without telling why.

It is a roll of the dice coming here. How is a nice shiny brand new Taco Bell so bad at service? Why am I waiting close to 20 minutes after ordering 2 crunchy Tacos while the place is empty at 1:30pm? Who is managing this outfit??

I pulled up to the drive-thru at 12:20 a.m. (store is open until 1am). A man announced over the speaker that he would not be able to take my order. He said he was short staffed and he was cleaning up so he could go. He never apologized didn't even offer a tone of empathy. I work night shift and wasted my entire lunch driving to one of the very few places that are open that time of the evening. On a previous visit the food was cold and terrible. I've learned my lesson and will not return. I'll start packing my lunch from now on.
