We had the pleasure of stopping at The Root Cellar in Batesburg for lunch today, and wow—what an incredible experience! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, setting the stage for what turned out to be an outstanding meal.

We were out hunting for place for lunch and happened to pass the Cellar on Columbia st. Looked interesting so we stopped in. Worth the time for sure. I had the black bean burger Mac and cheese, rice with gravy. My wife had the pimento cheese burger onion rings. Really good food, affordable price, good service, casual family dining at its finest. Will definitely be back
Went there for the first time today with my daughter, sister and mom. It was delicious! I had the shrimp and grits, which was very yummy. My mom had their fried chicken and Brussel sprouts, also very yummy. My sister had the kale chicken wrap and sweet potato casserole and again, delicious! Friendly staff and quick service without feeling rushed. Will go again!
