Just a heads up for online ordering: the menu gives you the option for grilled or fried chicken but they now get all their chicken pre-chopped and breaded so grilled chicken is no longer an option
I have been coming here since they opened, I like the chain I really like this establishment I've been coming to the one in Lexington since they opened but I have just noticed more and more customer service issues. I took a few months Hiatus from it from last time after receiving the wrong order and catching a little bit of attitude about it and of course that employee is no longer there because that's how things work. But even today there was some lack of proper communication...
