The waitress was really rude, would not clean the table off, and was serving other customers before cleaning a table. Had to go somewhere else. Terrible service. Hire nice people not rude, bad customer service ruins a place.

Our meal was ruined by waitress Zoee. She had a nasty attitude, talked to us like we were idiots, embarrassed us and literally caused a scene that was humiliating. I ended up speaking to the franchise owner about her, it was that bad. If I were the owner, she would have been terminated but I'm sure little or nothing was done.

I think once you are a regular at Waffle Houses, you have one that you favor more than the others. My girl and I found out yesterday this one isn't ours. Jacob was nice, and a good server, but it just didn't feel right. I do not mean it was like going to a McDonald's in a foreign country different, it just didn't feel right. It wasn't a bad experience, don't get me wrong. It still offers all the usual fare in its usual form.

The food was incredible but they are REALLY mean to there employees, the employees are so sweet and are truly very sweet, but the people in in charge are very mean to the workers who are doing a great job and honesty it is really sad because they are doing such a good job and seem scared out of there mind
