I ordered through the app and selected DRIVE THRU as my method of pickup. There was nothing in the app stating that this method was unavailable, in fact, the app stated the dining room and carry out options would be closing/unavailable soon. This left me with ONLY the Drive Thru option. Upon arriving at the speaker, I was informed that mobile drive thru orders must be picked up inside and my order was on the front counter.
