Their breakfasts weren't why I was excited for them to open in our area. I'd long been told about how good the burgers are. However I found that their breakfast offerings were quite tasty.
One suggestion: a Texas-based burger chain should have a steak biscuit on the menu. Just sayin'

Once a week regular sometimes more often. Breakfast bowls are amazing, my daughter loves the biscuits and gravy. When we do lunch I always grab a patty melt and wife usually looks for what's new and baby girl gets a Justaburger kids meal. Staff is always friendly. Sometimes the food can be a little on the cold side. Over all a good experience.

This is pretty new. They seemed to be short staffed as the young lady in the drive thru was running both drive thru lanes. It may help if they close one lane if they are understaffed. Food was awesome, personally was extremely nice and nice location. Update 10/23/25 I arrived at the drive through knew exactly what I wanted told the young yes I want this meal...she proceeds to ask do you want the burger or the meal. I get to the window, normally they hand you your drink when you get your drink she double taked and waited until the payment cleared then handed me my drink. I then get my food and she pretty much tries to rush me off...ummm ma'am I need some ketchup she responds almost with an attitude. I'm left puzzled. Maybe she was having a bad day but I didnt sit quite well with me.

I have visited all the whataburgers around the columbia area. And this one finally was what I expected. This ONE was equal to the ones I first had back in texas. Good job people.

This was my first time getting Whataburger.
The food itself was really good, I just got the whataburger double meat, all the way.
It was around 10pm when I made the order, it took about 20 minutes to get 1 sandwhich.
It seemed like there was no one there after they took my order, I didnt see anyone at the register, and couldnt see anyone moving around in the kitchen, I was going through drive thru so I could only see what was going on through the window, which from my perspective was nothing.
Two more people ordered behind me, the gut immediately behind me had a massive order, which was read to me by the girl at the window (emphasis on girl, probably high school).
I told her I only ordered a sandwhich, she then asked for me to pull up, along side another vehicle who was also waiting.
I saw her give the big order to the guy behind me when I pulled up, I waited another 5 minutes to get my sandwhich.
When she came to give my order there were no apologies, I can only assume there were no managers on night staff.
I would like to give whataburger a 5, but based on the combination of food, service and atmosphere, I cant do that.
I went back about a week later to the same place during the day, the girl was still there, but you could see movement in the kitchen this time, and my order was made fast with good customer service.
Overall I would say the burger is excellent, but dont expect great service at night.
